Exercise December: Passing with Different Runs and Goal Attempts

Organisation:
Set up the exercise as shown with 4 cones.  Two or more players can stand at the start cone.

Process:

Player A passes a long ball (on the ground or in the air) to player B and then sprints after his pass. Player B lays the ball off for A to run onto who then passes to C.

C passes a short pass to B. At the same time, player D sprints towards the 18 yard box. Player B passes the ball into space, down the middle for D to run on to, he should reach the ball approx. 14 - 18m from goal. D shoots at goal, and then takes up the position from player A.

All players then move on one position.
